How do I return an item?

Shop with confidence from Click-N-Learn

Shopping with confidence is what you want and what I want to give you.

You can enjoy the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to Click-N-Learn and I will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the guidelines outlined below.

Before returning a product please do the following..

I really want you to be happy with your purchase and to be able to use your product easily. Most importantly, know we are here to help you and to try and make the use of your product a great experience.. Please contact me as your first option to see I or my team can resolve any technical issues.

Please go to the Support Page and

  1. If technical problems are the reason you wish to return the product, send a "support request" first to resolve any issues, and
  2. Notify us of your desire to return your product and to have us confirm your product is suitable for return.

We will not automatically refund the purchase on an item if this procedure is not followed.

Returning a software product

All software and training products on this site carry limited warranty and return options. Unless otherwise stated on the product details,

All training products..

  • have a 30 day money back guarantee when a DVD was purchased or included as part of the sale. This means the item must be returned and arrive before 30 days has expired from date of purchase.
  • If supplied as a download only product, you must contact support within 7 days with a reasonable explanation as to why you are requesting a refund. A refund will be subject to management approval and in its absolute discretion may provide you with a refund or a credit toward an alternate product available on this site.

Products sold on this site but not produced by Click-N-Learn..

  • Products sold on this site are subject to the return polices of the manufacturer and the standard return policies mentioned in this document.

 

Proof of Purchase

NOTE: returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests have to be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase including:

  • Proof of Purchase (included with your delivery for items purchased online)
  • Original purchase email.
  • Credit Card statement showing purchase.

 

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, David Jones will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase; and
  • The item is in resalable condition (i.e. the item is in its original packaging and the item unused and as sold); and
  • The item is not a Special Exception (see below).
  • Satisfactory Identification is presented at the time of the return. This will be in the form of a photocopy of a - Drivers License - Passport - Pension card - Social Security Card - Credit Card Statement.

In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, subject to management approval and in its absolute discretion may provide you a credit toward an alternate product available on this site.

 

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from this website if the item has a major failure. You may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

 

Bonus items/Gift Cards/Bundled items

All gift cards or bonus items attached to the purchased products, or all elements of any bundled items, must also be returned with the original purchase. If not, the value of any such un-returned gift card, bonus or bundled item, or utilized portion of any gift card will be deducted from any refund.

 

Special Exceptions

We do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty or significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law. Exceptions include...

  • Items purchased by Gift Vouchers, Gift Card or Gift Certificate
  • Items returned after the specified return date or guaranteed money refund period
  • Custom made items

 

Return Locations

The quickest and easiest way to return a product is to mail the product to the following return address.
NOTE: returning a product will be at the purchasers expense. Click-N-learn will not incur any costs on behalf of the purchaser/person returning the product to return purchased products.

Please include your Proof of Purchase and identification with your goods. A Customer Relations Online Assistant will call you to process your return once the goods have been received. Click-N-learn will not reimburse postage costs for returned items.

 

Payment Method

We will refund using your original payment method.
